Bought this bag to take on my honeymoon as looked

Bought this bag to take on my honeymoon with me as it looked big enough to fit everything in whilst still being stylish - so pleasantly surprised with the quality and look of the bag! Fitted absolutely everything in towels, suncream, books etc and more, wished I’d had it for previous holidays. So happy and would definitely recommend - price, quality and look all 5/5

Disappointing! Paid for the bag but was never received

I purchased a bag over 2 weeks ago and it was never delivered or received and I did not get sent any tracking details either. However my money has been taken but no product. Please advise.
