* **Order Refusal:** We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to dispatch for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment authorisation issues.


Products and Pricing

Payment
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Charges are taken when you place your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.


Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and commence from the date of dispatch. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, unexpected carrier delays may occasionally occur. Your statutory cancellation rights under UK law remain unaffected by delivery delays.

If a delivery fails because incorrect address details were provided, or if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal to pay local customs duties, we reserve the right to recover reasonable re-shipping or handling costs (Ā£6.00 UK / Ā£16.00 EU / Ā£18.00 International).

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Statutory Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within **14 calendar days** of receiving your goods. This applies to both full-priced and sale items (excluding custom-made products and unsealed hygiene items such as pierced earrings).

How to Cancel and Return
1. **Notification:** Email us at info@milaroselondon.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
2. **Dispatching the Return:** Once you notify us, you have a further **14 calendar days** to send the items back to our address.
3. **Condition:** Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds and Charges
* **Method of Payment:** Upon receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage), a full refundā€”including basic standard outbound delivery chargesā€”will be processed back to your **original payment method** within 14 days.
* **Return Postage Fees:** Unless an item is faulty or delivered in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Where a Ā£3.00 standard return label fee applies, this amount will be deducted from your total refund value.
* **Proof of Postage:** We recommend retaining proof of postage, as items remain at your risk until received at our premises.

International Customs and Duties
Purchases shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, customs charges, and taxes assessed by the destination country.Ā 

Customers are responsible for paying any import charges. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected duty charges, return shipping costs and administrative fees incurred by us will be deducted from your final refundĀ
