A Little More About Delivery
Shipping is available across the UK via our website with a complimentary standard delivery, express delivery or next day delivery.Â
The shipping costs are calculated at checkout, our parcels are sent via Royal Mail and include tracking.
We also offer international delivery to Europe, America & Canada, New Zealand and Australia. To arrange a international delivery please contact our customer service team info@milaroselondon.com.Â

What do I do if I donât receive my order?
We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesnât arrive on time, let us know and weâll locate it for you.
A Little More About Returns
Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Please note earrings, hairbands, necklaces and swimwear (if protective labelling is tampered with or removed) cannot be returned.
All other items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed and unworn.
Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately (within two working days) and you will be refunded the entire cost of the item.
Please note our handmade products will have slight variations between images and products, any variations shouldnât affect the aesthetics or functioning of the product.
How to return a product?
We are so sorry If youâre not happy with your product but if you would like a refund or a exchange we are here to help.
Please email our customer service team info@milaroselondon.com with the details of your order including order number / exchange and or refund request.
Our customer service team will action your request as soon as possible, to arrange the return or exchange.Â
We will arrange collection of your parcel from your delivery address via Royal Mail. Once the parcel item is received in the original condition, we will then arrange a refund to your original payment method, this is normally received within 1-3 working days.Â
Please be advised that for orders placed after June 1, 2025, there will be a delivery charge of ÂŁ3.50 for refunds. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount once the product has been returned in its original condition and the refund has been processed.
